Operated by Miami Global Grain Industries LLC, located at 150 NW 16th Street, Boca Raton, FL 33432 ("Company", "we", "us"), and any individual or entity ("Customer", "you") purchasing products via https://www.heronbiohack.com/ (the "Website").

1. Subject of the Agreement

The Company offers for sale specialized dietary ingredients and biohacking products, including but not limited to vital wheat gluten, gluten-free starch, and other agri-business processed goods as listed on the Website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of checkout is final.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, ACH, and electronic payments through our secure checkout.

  • Taxes: Applicable sales tax for Florida residents will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery
